Broken Botls at Riggins Company
Riggins Company in Hampton Virginia had a pressing problem 7 of the hundred
s of 6mm stainless steel bolts in a newly built ozone generator were broken and a
scheduled hydro test for there customers due that week.
Riggins Company called CBG, LLC to get the broken bolts out and save the
holes and threads to not miss their scheduled hydro test.
CBG was onsite within the
hour. Using a 0.130-inch electrode the bolts were
disintegrated without damage to the hole or threads.
No mater how small or how large the broken fasteners are CBG can disintegrate them.
